Job Responsibility

• Call people using a given list to promote our services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's background
• Check financial health of customer using CTOS
• Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
• Collect relevant document from customers
• You are required to contact customers to promote them our services and assist them in checking their financial health. 
• After that, contact will be passed to the sales team to close the sales. 
• You will be offered basic salary and a commission for every customer who would like to engage our service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM
  
• Can work in Alor Star, Kedah.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Prioritize to applicants who have telemarketing or customer service experience.
