Job Responsibility

• Management of inventory with focus on maintaining optimum stock level to sustain production activities.
• Coordinate between internal operations and sales & marketing department to ensure timeliness of delivery.
• To plan, issue and follow up on orders in an optimum manner.
• To monitor all incoming stock activities to ensure timely deliveries and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and availability relative to the products.
• Knowledge in basic logistical arrangements including land, ship and air freight is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Electronic fields.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in Electronic and IT Products will be an added advantage.
• Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written is a must. Ability to write /speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Have good people skills to coordinate between suppliers and internal parties.
