Job Description
Job Responsibility
Provide assistance with personal care in areas such as showering, dental hygiene, toileting, companionship and general grooming.
Assist and accompany patient for regular daily activities or appointments, such as medical check-up, hospital visit or exercise.
Deliver patient care in accordance with instructions on their individualized care plan and ensure appropriate documentation is recorded in the care notes.
Maintain a safe, secure and healthy patient environment by following standards and procedures, maintain security precautions, follow prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards.
Ensure infection control is adhered to provide excellent patient care.
Job Requirements
SPM/Diploma/Degree in Nursing
Able to work on shifts (Morning, Evening & Night)
