Job Description
Job Responsibility
1. Maintenance Execution
Perform detailed evaluation of facilities and equipment to ensure that they are in good condition for proper functioning.
Carryout all maintenance works in accordance to the relevant regulatory requirements to ensure that they are carried out in a safe manner
Carry out Major Service for Air Conditional and Mechanical Ventilation Equipment, Monthly Maintenance for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Fan Alignmento Responsible to complete the daily job as assigned while ensuring the proper use of all tools and equipment and submit daily report.
2. On-Call Response
Respond to any emergency calls efficiently in relation to ACMV system maintenance, repair and installation.
Perform inspection and testing to troubleshoot and diagnose defects and repair malfunctioning of HVAC system components.
Provide reports and information to immediate superior and team to ensure timely communication between groups.
3. Customer Relationship
Provide technical assistance to customer and problem solve in order to achieve customer satisfaction while meeting standards / requirements.
Provide prompt response to customer upon receiving any orders from them.
Job Requirements
Diploma in relevant courses or SKM Cert
No working experience required
Has a sense of urgency and able to work under pressure independently, self-motivated and hardworking.
Physically fit and able to withstand the conditions at construction site (i.e. work at height, confined spaces and dirty environments).
Able to use or utilize measuring and testing instruments.
Able to communicate well in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia
