Job Responsibility- Administer project file/folder
- Prepare sub-contractor work schedule
- Coordinate with sub-contractor for pricing and purchase order
- Monitor project deadline
- Coordinate with client and sub-contractor for inspection and touch-up
- Resolve all issues occurred at the site
- Review contractors work and claim
- Review progress on site to claim payment from client
- Research on updated market price list
- Report to General Manager in all matter of importance and monitor report updated by Site Supervisor
- Provide day-to-day direction, support and daily task assignments, as well as feedback/progressive discipline to the Site Supervisor
- Prepare Bill of Quantity (BQ)
Job Requirements- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Site Management, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design or related field is required
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Possess own transport and prepare to travel occasionally
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, accurate, organized with excellent analytical skill
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Organizational skills, the ability to multitask and last-minute task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
- Required Languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
