Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Handling Purchase Order to order any items from suppliers.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Prepare daily production output report.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from vendors.
  • Checking of daily production and stock balance.
  • Check stock and adjusting daily production in and output.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • To assist the Head of Department to monitor and to reduce wastage and downtime.
  • To ensure all the activities carried out by production are comply with ISO, HACCP, GMP, local government regulation and company standard/SOP.
  • To promote and ensure that safety procedures and practices in production area are adhered to at all times.
  • To perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements
  • Experience:  Procurement: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)
  • Location: Kampar (Preferred)

Job Benifits
  • Job Types: Full-time, Contract
  • Salary: RM1,300.00 to RM1,700.00 /month
