Responsible for daily post harvest & quality control operations quality in supply chain from Production to Customer
- Quality management and control of produce to ensure it meets quality specifications and standards
- Harvest management and control interfacing with Production and Supply Chain
- Receiving, sorting, grading management and control
- Post harvest treatment and storage conditions
- Good Quality Management Systems and develop robust SOP quality documentation
- Set quality, compliance and safety policy to ensure adherence to Certification requirements
- Audit and inspection readiness preparation and control
- Weekly and monthly QA reports, adherence to Quality Plan
- Preparation and adherence to required Farm Certificate eg MESTI, MYGAP, HACCP
- Operations excellence and continuous improvement mindset
Skills required
- Preferred diploma /degree in Business Management/Manufacturing, Production Engineering/Quality Systems/Supply Chain/Agriculture or related field
- Fresh graduates welcomed
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, passion for learning
