Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Oversee RMS operation processes, drawing up project plan & make sure output are produced on time & good quality
  • Initiate plan & processes to minimize production cost through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facility, materials and time.
  • Implement operation strategies & action plans to ensure supports management strategic initiatives
  • Continually improve & sustain SLA determine by customer in every project.
  • To prepare and update department and project operation report to Intercity Management.
  • Monitor output standards & implement quality control programs
  • Support MBD Department in Pre-sales activities and tender preparation
  • Develop project and operation planning based on contract secured by MBD Team
  • Effective financial control, e.g. Budgets, costing, billings and payments.
  • Maintain good relationship with customer.
  • Support Quality Department to maintain and achieving quality process though ISO Certification.
  • Overall responsible to manage Risk & Assurance departmental activities and work performance Daily
  • Lead organization to implement, maintain and continually improve ISO 27001
  • Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Daily Lead internal and accreditation audit activities of ISO 27001 Annually
  • Assist and involve in customer and supplier audit Annually Lead the customer complaint investigation and response Occasionally
  • Assist and Involve in material quality issue for supplier Occasionally
  • Establish procedure / SOP for Risk & Assurance and ISO 27001 accreditation requirement. Annually
  • Conduct training / briefing on quality and information security management system and promote the awareness throughout the organization. Annually
  • Ensure quality performance meet customer requirements. Daily
  • Analyze, monitor and improve quality performance Daily
  • Establish, analyze and monitor Risk Management activities throughout the company. Annually
  • Develop, establish, implement the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management program. Occasionally
  • Ensure the company complies to regulatory requirement. Occasionally
  • Approval on daily Risk & Assurance departmental activities, leave and OT. Daily
  • Ensure specification and daily procedures are adhered and in line with company quality objective Daily
  • Liaison with customer on the new quality requirement of the new product Occasionally
  • Compile reporting (BOD/MCM) Monthly
  • To carry out any other assignment from time to time assigned by the superior. When necessary

Job Requirements
  • Candidates must at least possess Degree level.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
