Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • To handle full set of payroll and benefits processing such as undertaking payroll calculation, performing reconciliation and others in an efficient and timely manner.
  • To undertake Banking Transaction as well as prepare and execute payment through electronic system or distribute salary payment.
  • Gathering information on Hours Worked for each worker's and calculating the correct amount incorporating Overtimes, deductions, Allowances etc. with assistance of computers system.
  • Perform ad-hoc and clerical job such as e-filling, e-payslip and payroll reporting

Job Requirements
  • At least 5 year(s) of Payroll processing experience. Preferable in payroll outsourced services, in house payroll for commercial companies or shared service environment.
  • Understanding of Malaysian employment laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax and other statutory requirements
  • Knowledge in Payroll System application: Quick Pay, Million Payroll or SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Must have an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and in teams with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Applicants are willing to come for training at HQ Taman Universiti Skudai Johor.
  • Applicants must be possess own transport and willing to work at Selangor Branch
