Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist customer via chat, email, phone, whatsapp, and instagram in speedy and accurate manner.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering products and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Follow up on any customer issues and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
  • Record details of each customer interaction such is inquiries, comments, complaints and any actions taken.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • To process sales order upon receiving purchase order from customer.
  • Reply email enquiry, prepare quotation, follow up with client and after sales services.
  • To handle customer sales by walk-in, call in from social media.
  • To ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Carry out sales activities, to develop new accounts and distribution channels for target and market growth.
  • Implement and support the company sales and marketing activities.
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirements

  • Experience Level : 1-3 years
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels
  • Proactive attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
