Job Description

Job Responsibility

Job Summary: A chat support role on solving Social Media advertising related inquiries. Since it's a chat support role, your Mandarin and English writing has to be good. However, from time to time, you will have to perform OUTBOUND CALLS for follow up cases. Since you will be expose to service clienteles from China, Taiwan, and HongKong, it's a must to well conversed in both Mandarin and Cantonese and English

  • Provide primarily customer service based phone support to customers.
  • Activate and engage with client/customer whilst providing accurate information of customer's issue at hand.
  • Provide accurate and understandable information to all customers and support partners.
  • Ensure customer issues and/or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate level, whilst ensuring follow through in all cases.
  • Ensure all follow ups are done in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all SLA's are met appropriately.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintain a professional manner.
  • Be familiar with all policy, processes, and product knowledge and escalation paths.
  • Remain polite, patient and courteous with customer throughout the experience.
  • Ensure the end to end experience for all customers is at a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Well-Conversed in both Traditional Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type ) is a must.
  • Fluent in speaking Cantonese would be an added advantage!
  • Fresh Graduate with Degree qualification is encouraged to apply
  • Required experience: (Diploma holder) minimum 1 year call center / customer service; (SPM holder) minimum 3 years call center / customer service 
  • Have no issue to be based at KL Sentral office.
  • Possess own Transport!
  • Have no issue to work on 24Hours Rotational Shift (9 Hours per shift)!
  • Have no issue to work 5 rotational days per week (Including Weekend & Public Holidays)!
  • Have no issue to start working on May/ June/ July

Job Benifits
  • Salary: Basic RM3,300 to 3,500 (Subject to Experience & Interview Performance) + Allowances + 28 Days Annual Leave (AL)(Overall up to RM 4,000)
