Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Providing full spectrum of general administrative support including office administration (filing), stationery, cleanliness, courier service, office equipment liaison with vendor on office maintenance and etc.
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Doing paper-work jobs required during deadlines, drafting and presenting reports to management in systematic manner.
  • Strong system/technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with strong/advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Other ad hoc tasks that may assigned from time-to-time.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM education level
  • Must possess at least 1 or2 years of working experience in office administration.
  • Able to write and converse fluently in Mandarin and English
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Details oriented, patience and good temper are MUST.
  • Proactive, resourceful and ability to perform multi-tasking with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skill and willing to work as a team.

Job Benifits
  • Basic salary: RM2,000 to RM 2,700 (Subject to past working experience + Interview performance)
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (930am to 630pm)
  • Location: Bandar Damansara Perdana
