Job Responsibility

• Assist in building maintenance.
• Maintain good communication with external technicians, suppliers, and contractors to resolve equipment when necessary.
• Perform minor installation, maintenance and repair works.
• Maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standard.
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required.
• To perform minor wiring and cabling related works.
• Install, maintain, measure and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensuring that all technical and maintenance problems issue is handled in timely manner.
• Follow through on all issues until satisfaction of the parties involved.
• In-charge maintenance activities including corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading and improvement works.

Job Requirements

• Able to communication in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-executive specialized in Maintenance works.
• Willing to work and travel around Kuala Lumpur areas.
