Job Responsibility
- Receiving the correct products, properties and documents for the HomePro Outlet Store with complete and accurate amount/quantity.
- Releasing the products, properties and documents from the HomePro Outlet Store with complete amount and accurately.
- Administering the security guard for sales floor/area and preventing the unexpected situation from the outsiders that might obstruct the selling floor.
- Ensuring the safety of the staffs within the company's area.
- Complying the staffs to operate and follow the laws & policy.
- Providing the best security services to the customers.
- Handling crisis or emergency situations following the plan for prevention, restraint, and restoration.
- To inform the supervisor when unexpected situation happens.
- Searching, sourcing, and finding facts rapidly and accurately when damages or loss occur in accordance with the policies of the company.
- Withdrawing the keys from the supervisor to open and close the doors of the HomePro Outlet store and observe everyone who walking in and out the stores.
- Operating CCTV system.
- Checking the readiness of the firefighting equipment and fire alarm according the checking schedule and acting as a firefighter when there is a fire.Responsibility
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): security, loss prevention, emergency response, first aider.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
- Willing to work shift hour, weekend and public holiday.
- Good Team Player - Working together in team and other department.
- Computer skill - Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Able to start immediately will be added advantage.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
