Job Description


Job Responsibility

Full spectrum of all HR and Administration functions including HR administration, recruitment, compensation & benefits administrations and support, training related matters etc. Also involving managing the day-to-day operations of the office administration, monitoring all company services and maintenance record for all Company's asset, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, managing administration inventories and distribution.


Human Resources


  • To perform full set functions of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management, social welfare and the maintenance of HR records.
  • Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
  • Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts, confirmation letter and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
  • To coordinate new staff on board process including induction training programs, thumbprint setup, distributing access card, lockers, workstation, uniforms and stationaries etc.
  • Manage the employees work pass applications and status, monitor of the expiry dates for renewals.
  • Update and manage employee records, leave status and generate reports on employee's monthly attendance.
  • Deal with statutory authorities such as EPF, SOSCO and related department. Assisting in payroll administration, performance appraisal, handling disciplinary matters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Administrative


  • Oversee all administrative tasks in the office compliance with the company policies and procedures
  • Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies, and provides administrative support for the maintenance of the equipment, vehicles, telephone, communication and computing system
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems including filing of vendor contracts etc
  • Provide administrative support for the managing director such as meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries and attend to office security matters

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/ Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): HRM skill and competencies, Great organization, Attention to details, Excellent Communication Skill, People Skill and Relationship Management
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Full-Time position(s) available
