Job Description
Job Responsibility
Manage the plant's electrical system including high-voltage, low-voltage systems, and other related electrical equipment.
Manage control programs for the equipment, Line control. Troubleshooting controlling program and related problems.
Management of equipment (electrical parts) of the plant. Including repair, replacement, and maintenance.
Take on the leading role of a small team, plan the management, and guide the work for members to complete maintenance on schedule, safely and professionally.
Contact the supplier to discuss related issues such as equipment failures, program control, spare parts, combine with the supplier's engineers and supervise them during installation, maintenance, and reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Make modifications of a control program for the equipment, improve the equipment's performance in safety and efficiency.
Be responsible to ensure equipment in good condition to function reliably, efficiently, and safely.
Planning periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
Daily, weekly, monthly check the machinery according to the checklist and promptly fix the problem to ensure that the machine is in good condition.
Make operating manual procedures and electrical safety principles for operators.
Responsible for machine overhaul planning (yearly maintenance), people arrangement, prepare spare parts, and reporting to engineering manager for approval and implementation.
Always monitor the operating status of the machinery undercharge, be ready to give troubleshooting instructions, or go to the factory to handle as quickly as possible.
Participate in technology improvement projects, expansion projects if any.
Make to purchase the plant, management electric spare part.
Repair electrical equipment and make maintenance records for each device.
Follow the leadership of the Technical Director and take responsibility for electrical problems to the Plant Technical Director.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Automation or equivalent.
Excellent leadership quality, a strong spirit of teamwork, and initiative.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and positive interaction with cross-function team members.
Have 2 years or more of experience in the electrical industry or participate in the design, complete installation of a few power projects.
Like electrical devices, want to learn to explore new devices.
Have been trained in electrical safety classes.
Excellent verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Have knowledge of automation: PLC setting, Inverter setting, industrial information transmission.
Proficient in computers and related electric automation software.
Understand the principle and maintenance of transformers, motors, and motor control circuits.
Understand sensors, measuring equipment, and how to install and connect between systems.
Ability to use ERP, SPC, OA.
Able to work in a rotating shift.
Candidate must be willing to work in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor.
