Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Handle incoming calls/WhatsApp/LiveChat and inquiries about financial product
  • Patiently listen to customer's inquiry or problems
  • Deliver polite and accurate response to customers on timely manner
  • Foster and build relationship with customer
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set
  • To serve Singaporean customer
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6:30 pm
  • To observe Singapore Public Holiday

Job Requirements
  • Fresh DIPLOMA/DEGREE HOLDERS are encouraged to apply
  • Required skill(s): Strong Communication Skill, Enthusiasm and able to Multi Task
  • EXCELLENT command of English (spoken & written)
  • Dynamic, energetic and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skill
  • Applicant must be well versed with mobile apps
  • Experienced in tourism/call center/insurance industry is an added advantage
  • Preferably with 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
  • MUST BE WILLING TO BE BASED IN SECT 13, PETALING JAYA
