Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Professionally handle queries and resolve customer issues in person and via different channels (phone, Whatsapp, etc.)
  • Prepare and edit documents, issue invoices and manage administrative matters
  • Build and improve relationships with existing customers
  • Support the General Manager in all matters to maximize productivity
  • Complete any assigned ad-hoc duties

We are seeking a reliable and motivated candidate for the position of Senior Customer Service and Admin Executive to start immediately, to provide customers with excellent customer service and office administration.

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma or higher in any field
  • Must possess minimum 2-year experience in any customer service-related field as a proven successful leader.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills in English.
  • Must have good customer service and problem-solving skills, attentiveness, empathy, patience and immaculate manners
  • Must possess good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Must have the ability to take initiative, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • A good team player with good leadership quality and loyalty (job hoppers will NOT be considered)
  • Own smartphone required, own laptop and transport preferred
