Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Key in sales orders received from the market, ensuring orders are processed within the cut-off period
  • Maintain order entry system and clear Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) errors daily
  • Escalate order (processing) issues to the market Customer Service, Supply Chain Teams and commercial team to resolve the issues
  • Inform IT team of any order or system issues and ensure it is resolved
  • Credit notes and debit notes processing
  • Provide weekly feedback to manager on any order processing issues

Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in order processing preferably within the FMCG Sector
  • Experienced in processing a large volume of orders and supporting multiple countries
  • Working knowledge of order to cash system
  • Strong user in SAP, iScala or large scale ERP environment
  • Independent and meticulous, experience working in a matrix environment in a global multi-national company would be advantageous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, clear written English language skills
  • Results-oriented and detailed with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to support working on public holidays and given replacement in lieu
