Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handling of incoming calls and inquiries from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer's needs.
Provide customer support using the English language via phone or email.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
Ensure necessary and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
Job Requirements
Customer-oriented with good communication skills in English is a must
Candidates must be willing to work on 24/7 rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
Candidates with experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
Fresh graduates who are interested in Customer Service are welcome to apply
