Job Responsibility

• To follow up with debtors on payments
• To attend incoming/outgoing calls
• Prepare letters of demand for non payment
• To ensure correct correspondence address

Job Requirements

 

• The ability to communicate in other dialects is an advantage
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Training will be provided
• IT literate
• Good Inter Personal Skills
