Job Description


Job Responsibility

The purpose of this position is to provide overall administrative support to the Head of FRA Operations and the leadership team. This position will encompass a wide range of administrative as well as general support duties. The Finance Administrator will work independently with only general guidance on a variety of special projects with considerable latitude for independent judgement and initiative.


  • Perform administrative tasks to support the FRA Operations team.
  • Maintain and influence the calendar plan and agenda for scheduling and fixing meetings internally & externally & within various time zones.
  • Be involved in the communications area and interface between the FSC and all external or internal contacts. Assist in preparing memos, letters, monitor, handle, distribute & respond to incoming communications.
  • In-charge of the Procurement / Purchasing and Vendor Management for FRA Operations.
  • Plan and coordinate events.
  • Manage office supplies.
  • Support transformation program, project progress including on-boarding, logistic and travel arrangement when needed.
  • Provide service at expected levels with excellent customer service and escalate exceptions as required.
  • Be involved in continuous improvement of services in quality and effectiveness in close collaboration with line manager, peers and company process streams.
  • Proactively challenge the status quo, making fact based recommendations.
  • Correspond to internal and external inquiries on a timely basis.
  • Ensure proper document management (incl. receiving, sorting, scanning, validation and archiving).
  • Be involved in organizing or actively support and participate in company led activities including team building, social activities, on-line trainings, company surveys and other company initiatives.
  • Act service oriented to enable service lines to deliver a high-performing organization and contribute to derive to improvements/standard solutions while cultivating customer service focus culture.
  • Professional and positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as and when assigned by the Process Leads or Company Head.

Job Requirements

Finance Administrator (1 Year Contract)


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in administration.
  • Excellent English spoken and written.
  • 1 additional language in scope preferred.
  • Working experience in shared service center environment preferred.
  • Work experience in an international environment/team/global company.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time, contract position(s) available
