Job Requirements
C&S or M&E Engineer (with Bachelor Degree) having varied experience in construction industry. Strong knowledge in international standards and codes related to construction in buildings & infrastructures. Construction safety awareness is required. 7-10 years of experience with a similar service provider and/or in construction industry, out of which 2 years shall have been in design, design review, construction, project management or site supervision
Able to communicate well with local and multi-cultural team internally and externally. Capable of managing challenging environment, e.g. competing against established competitors and capturing competitors' traditional market
Good organizational & communication skills
Good relational approach with all clients and personnel. Well organized
Development of procedures. Technical analysis
Fluent English skills. Able to communicate in Mandarin language
