Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Assistant Manager of the Humanitarian Mission is responsible to assist, coordinate and support the management of every humanitarian mission undertaken.
  • The above tasks include:
  1. Provision of work papers, correspondence, reports and required documentation.
  2. Responsible for assisting in managing annual projects under Al-Ain Malaysia
  3. Manage the filing system for every humanitarian mission
  4. Setting, suggesting and monitoring dateline dates
  5. Helps in budget allocation for every humanitarian mission
  6. Contact other staff with regard to humanitarian mission information
  7. Engage in outdoor activities related to humanitarian mission

Job Requirements
  • Honest, trustworthy and fast learner
  • Good behavior and responsible for the task
  • Have basic knowledge in humanity or volunteerism
  • Powerful using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Photoshop (bonus)
  • Be able to give ideas and new ideas in the field of humanity
  • Can handle social media organizations well
