Job Description
Job Responsibility
To plan and execute all inventory controls related activities such as cycle counting, managing stock aging, stock transfer, physical verification, inventory reconciliation, and so on.
Ensure proper documentation of the warehouse inventory movement using AutoCount System for records and traceability.
Work with the internal operation and external parties on the stock count and cycle counting exercises.
To conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly stock count.
Result of inventory accuracy based on stock count results and meets the stock variance KPI.
Analyze inventory data, movement, and understand connections to minimize the variance.
Investigate stock discrepancy and system transaction error.
Ensure products' replenishment is according to FIFO policy/system
Ensure stock quantity in and out of the warehouse is matched with the shipment documents.
Recording any damaged, missing, and faulty goods.
Label the received goods, and keep records of their location and quantity.
Assist in the arrangement of inventory storage.
Ensure proper stock level to meet demand and wastage avoidance.
The ability to use AutoCount System is an added advantage.

Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software.
