Job Description

Job Responsibility

Admin work

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers 
  • Maintain office supplies for department

HR work

  • Annual leave record
  • Attendance reports
  • Incharge EPF SOCSO OT payment
  • Training

Finance work

  • Perform company expenses account

To receive other job assignment directed by superior from time to time

Job Requirements
  • At least 1 years working experience in a related field
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  • Able to communicate with English averagely
  • Looking for a stable and permanent job
