Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Consult ,advise and guide the customer in OUR Software system.
  • Carry out installation and implementation of our software solution at customer site.
  • Provide application architecture and technical support during implementation.
  • Provide problem analysis, testing and implementation of solutions.
  • Ensure project meets quality requirements and timely deliverable.
  • Assist and advise Project manager to ensure seamless implementation of the project.
  • Provide Pre-sales and post sales support.
  • Providing general information about software products, technical support policies and licensing (including websites for customer reference).
  • Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email or Skype or anydesk or ultraviewer (Fill in field service report to company)
  • Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues. (Training provided)
  • Setting up computer security measures. (Training provided)
  • Configuring computer & printer networks.( training provided)
  • Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements
  • Recognized Diploma Or Degree In any IT related field.
  • Knowledge of networking (at least a basic level).(training provided)
  • Knowledge of (UBS or others brand software is added advantage)
  • Knowledge of internet Technologies (at least a basic level).
  • Basic (account knowledge is an added advantage).
  • Working Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Strong drive and self -interest to learn technical and platform technology.
  • Good command of verbal and written English language are preferable.
  • Strong project management skills are preferable.
  • Maintain a safety conscious work environment.
  • Maintain reliable transportation to get to and from the job sites.
  • Be independently and passionate about your work.
  • Be a good communicator, team player, good working attitude and presentation skills.
  • At least 1-2 year working experience in IT / Computer Software equivalent or others relevant field sales line
  • Must be Fast Learner
  • Mandarin language  is an added advantages
