Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Able to handle full set of accounts including month end closing, reconciliation and preparation for management report.
  • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other recording detailing financial business transactions.
  • Manage & Monitor account receivables & payables and prepare monthly creditor reconciliation
  • To prepare & send out Customer SOA monthly Generate quarterly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
  • Ensure tax compliance and co-ordinates year-end audit.
  • Manage employee records, payroll & benefits. Maintain proper documentation & filing.
  • General administration jobs.
  • Review and respond to any billing & payment queries.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, part ACCA or equivalent.
  • Year of Experience: 3 years & above
  • Skills: MS Office, UBS, SQL, auto count and other accounting software
  • Experience in autocount accounting system is preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
