Job Description
Job Responsibility
Assisting sales team to call new/existing customers
Assisting sales team in paperwork, arranging schedule with customers for installations
Performing system calibration for products (Training provided)
Handle customer complaint(s)
Assisting sales team to achieve team/company target
Any other tasks related to customers/ sales team
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification.
Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
Have passion to learn and great sense of responsibility
Good communicator, able to build trust and grow trust with team members
