Job Responsibility

• You will mainly be in charge of recruitment work (recruit college/university students to be the teacher of the educational group.
• Get in touch with Uni/ college, and organize career talks in searching for potential talents
• Marketing on recruitment platforms to do recruitment like Facebook, Jobstreet, etc
• To do branding and HR marketing in attracting the right talents.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years in recruitment (internal/ external recruitment).
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (Average written is acceptable)
• Open to meet someone who is not familiar with branding, as long as has interest in exploring educational line.
• Have no issue traveling and base at Sg Long, or other universities/ colleges for collaboration/ career talk (claimable).

Job Benifits

Remuneration Package:

• Salary package: RM 4,000 - 6,000 Basic + Commission (RM 900 - 1,800 per recruit)
• AL 14 days + 3 days day off on month end (domestic trip)
• Monthly/ Annual company trip domestically and overseas
• Self-enhancement courses (NLP, Psychology related, Leadership program) + further studies support provided by Company (to UK or AUS).

Working Hour:

• Open to hybrid working mode (3 days office (10am - 7pm), 2 days supporting from home) - Focusing on the result delivery.

 

Working Location: Bandar Sungai Long, Kajang.
