Job Responsibility- Verifying educational, employment, credit, and criminal background of candidates in a dedicated countries for our clients.
- Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks in order to verify details and prepare reports.
- Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general inquiries.
- Inbound and outbound calls, emails, reference check, and backend activities.
Job Requirements- Candidate with a minimum of SPM level qualification
- No experience required. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to converse fluently in Traditional Mandarin & English is a must. Cantonese is added advantage
- Have no issue to be based at Ara Damansara (PJ) Office
- Able to join on 7 Dec 2022 intake.
