Job Description
Job Responsibility
Execution and delivery of day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll processing.
Undertake documentation; maintain updates and refinements of payroll procedures.
Perform ongoing reviews of work processes and SOPs for service delivery excellence opportunities as well as to solidify control to ensure internal and external audit/ regulatory compliance.

Provide first-level support to employees on 'most commonly asked' questions regarding payroll and benefits.
Support payroll audit and compliance reviews.
Job Requirements
At least a recognized Degree.
At least 2 to 3 years of HR and Payroll experiences, preferably in banking industry.
Well verse in local taxes and statutory.
Process-oriented with a good eye for details.
Resourceful and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. With ability to motivate/ influence others.
