• Handling inbound calls from customers.
• Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ensure all follow ups are done in a timely manner.

• Open to fresh grads / with 3 to 6 months experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work at Bandar Sunway.
• Full vaccinated + booster.
