Job ResponsibilityKnow Human resources and Administrative duties. Duties include printing Reports for Executive Director, Keeping the offices tidy, Flight Bookings and arranging the required transportation & accommodation, Preparing Monthly Payroll, Recording Annual leaves, Medical Leaves & Emergency Leaves, Able to handle additional duties when required.
Must maintain confidentiality, unbiased, good attitude, behaviour, skills, knowledge and values.
o Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource & Administrative files and records.
o Maintains the integrity and confidentially of the human resource files, records and documentation.
o Preparing and processing staff salary, statutory and other payroll-related matters.
o Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions.
o Keeping a good recording of staff annual Leave, Public Holiday replacement leave and other leave entitlements.
o Preparing all kinds of correspondences related to Human resources & Administrative matters such as Letters/Contracts of Appointment, internal memorandums, etc.
o Other tasks as required by the Management.
REQUIREMENT
Must have previous HR & Admin experience.
