Job Responsibility- Handle inbound calls about food delivery services in Taiwan.
- Provide information to customers regarding food delivery information.
- To handle all incoming and email calls related to food delivery services
- To provide transportation information to facilitate customer travel
Job Requirements- Candidate with SPM level qualification.
- Able to speak fluently in Traditional Mandarin is a must (Read, Speak, Type)!
- Basic English is acceptable for this role.
- Applicant must be willing to work on 24 hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift), 6 days working per week (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly)
- Must be able to work 6 days per week when required (with allowance given!)
- Able to join on 23rd or 30th Nov 2022.
- Must possess own laptop/PC, a strong Wifi network connection and personal working space (no interruption of external person/third parties)
Job Benifits- RM 2,500 Basic + 6 Days Working Allowance Max 300 + KPI Allowance Max RM 400 + Night Shift Allowance Max RM 300 + OT Claim (Average all-in salary RM 2,800 - RM 3,500)
