Job Responsibility

• To handle Inbound calls, Email & Voice chat from Malaysia customers and resolve their enquiries and complaints effectively.
• To assume any Customer Service project assigned by the Management as per required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM holder with some customer service experience is preferred.
• Fresh Diploma/ Degree graduates are encouraged to apply
• Fair command in English (oral and written)
• Willing to work under rotating shift basic.
• Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and stress management skills.
