Job Responsibility

• To handle all customers enquiries and requests promptly, accurately and professionally. Live Chat/Social Media and Email Correspondence
• To meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level by ensuring that all enquiries are answered within the service level
• Able to speak and write emails well
• Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation
• Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction
• Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity
• To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
• Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
• Any other duties assigned by the team leader

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (customer service live chat/email)
• Must be able to communicate and write very well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
• Must be willing to work on shift basis with additional allowance
• Must possess basic computer literacy (MS Office)
