Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handle and respond to customer enquiries and complaints through phone and emails.
Ensure all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's processes and procedures.
Identify and escalate difficult and complex issues to senior team members.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customer.
Update and maintain accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company's system.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM holder and above.
Diploma, Degree Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
Willing to work on shift rotational shift basis. KPI incentive & Shift Allowance will be provided.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidate must be willing to work in UOA Business Park (near to LRT & KTM).
This is 24/7 rotational shift, 5 working days per week with 2 days off in a week.
