Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handling incoming calls and enquiries from Corporate Client (Enterprise or Business Unit) or Customer with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers' expectations.
Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction.
Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity.
Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
Any other duties assigned by the team leader
Job Requirements
Min SPM and above
Must atleast have 6 months experience in customer service or call centre
Must be able to work in Bandar Sunway Malaysia
