Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers' expectations
Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction
Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity
Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution
Any other duties assigned by the team leader
Job Requirements
Min SPM and above
Must have at least 6 months experience in customer service/call center
Must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts and weekend
