Job Responsibility- Responsible for preparation of full set of company account including accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet to be ready by 10th of each month.
- Salaries are paid on the last day of each month or any other company designated date.
- EPF/SOCSO and other statutory contributions are paid by 15th of next month.
- All company accounts Bank reconciliation are done by 15th of each month.
- All payment vouchers are approved before payments. 6. All payments must be accompanied by original documents.
- All CAPEX are properly justified before purchase.
- To prepare for more than one company accounts.
- To deal with auditors for year-end audit and tax consultants for annual tax submission.
- To deal with customers and vendors that have double taxation agreement payment requirement.
- To carry out internal audit functions whenever required.
- Financial project evaluation and preparation of budget in new campaigns, if needed.
- To undertake additional responsibilities or perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required by Directors.
Job Requirements- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or full professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, UBS Accounting Software (UBS SQL), Computer literate
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling full sets account.
- Able to work under tight datelines and fast paced environment.
- Good communication skills, analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, self-starter, positive attitude to work in a dynamic work environment.
- Possess own transport is preferred.
- Have no issue to be based at Petaling Jaya office.
- Ability to start work within short notice period.
Job Benifits- Basic Salary: RM4,000 - RM6,500 (subject to experience and last withdrawn salary)
