Job Description
Job Responsibility
To create proposal and driving the marketing operation strategies by liaising with various parties for gallery events including artist talk and exhibition openings.
To develop and implement plans that will lead to improvement in company profit.
Driving sales and ensuring proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management, and expanding connections.
To execute SOPs, best practises, ISO policies and ensure compliance with policies. This shall include compliance of legislative.
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their KPI and goals.
To interact closely with other department providing an understanding of how company functions as a whole.
Conduct team meetings, provide feedback and support to Head/ Manager for day-to-day operational related matters/ issues.
Conducted research on major art showrooms and public institutions.
To take up any other tasks as deemed IT or as assigned by Head as and when needed.
To involve in risk management, which includes analysing, identifying, evaluating and estimating the risks which may affect the continuity of business.
Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Job Requirements
Candidate possesses Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in business studies/marketing management/art & design/mass communication or equivalent.
Required Languages: Good command of English (Both Spoken & Written), Mandarin or Bahasa is an added advantage.
Possess at least 3-5 years marketing operation or sales & marketing work experience in art gallery/luxury retail industry.
Experience in managing a sales & marketing team will be highly desirable.
Self-starter who can work independently, but also as a part of a team.
Innovative, diversity mindset, dynamic person and ability to adapt to constant changes.
Possess own transport and have no issue to based at Desa ParkCity office.
Required to travel between Oval Damansara and Desa Parkcity office.
Ability to start work within short notice period.
