Job Description
Job Responsibility
Work with team members on the follow up call to meet team and individual performance goals.
Influence clients to purchase products by implementing a prepared sales talk in order to provide expert advice, reliable information and accurate fast quotations.
Following up on previous clients to generate potential sales and maintain good relationships.
Cold calling using a given database to promote products and services.
Maintain records of calls and sales by recording data and conversation.
Intercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns with products and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policy.
Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills with good confidence and a pleasant personality.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
