Job Description
Job Responsibility
Present, promote and sell our services using solid proposal to prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through events, networking , linkedin & cold calling
Answering corporate queries, offering advice and introducing our services.
Research on how to fulfil requirements for clients and capable to propose and present creative & fantastic ideas for events based on solid research
Follow up with various corporate, agencies and HR department after proposal been send.
Negotiating space, dates and rates to obtain booking goal
Liaise with clients to obtain information and reminding them promptly to provide the info.
Constantly looking for strategic partners/suppliers, develop sales &
Constantly exploring the
Meeting with clients virtually or physically before creative workshop team building events to offer relevant proposal through pitching proposals, negotiating and workshop planning
Job Requirements
Strong and fluent communication both verbally and written in English and Mandarin and the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
Fast learner and quick thinker.
Problem-solving skills.
Excellent networking skills.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
Has a good understanding of creative art & craft workshop, team building training for corporate & event conceptualization
