Job Description
Job Responsibility
Provide consultation and advisory service to customer on products and treatments.
Making product/ treatment recommendation to customers.
Handle daily sales including collecting payments, invoicing, settlement, rendered services, profile checking and etc. by using existing system.
Assist Branch Manager on achieving sales targets
Monitor stock levels and sales, and re-order items when necessary.
Maintains ambiance of the Retails Outlet, ensure the tidiness of the stock shelves and organize sales areas.
Job Requirements
Experience in Customer Service & Sales in a retail environment is preferable.
Able to converse in Mandain, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Great communication skills.
Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays.
Computer literacy on basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and POS System will be an added advantage.
