Job Responsibility

• Must be able to handle full set of Accounts, prepare full set of monthly management accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Familiar with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Journal and Bank Reconciliation/ Accounting System.
• Familiar with project costing and accounting.
• To assist in monthly closing and accounting data entry.
• To maintain and upkeep proper documentation and filing system.
• Involve and assisting in managing the day-to-day operation of the office by supporting the administrative works given.
• To ensure that ALL minutes of meetings are distributed to respective and filed accordingly.
• To update all project costing by constantly coordinating with Procurement, Project and Sales and submit to MD monthly.
• To assist in any ad hoc reporting and job assigned as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least diploma/professional certificate/ degree or any relevant field in Account or Finance.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferable in Construction or Project Accounting background.
• Computer literate, meticulous, committed and hardworking individual.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Familiar with Accounting Software (Autocount), Microsoft Office
