Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Management and execution of paperwork work to ensure that the business operating smoothly.
  • Prepare, process and record quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices, bills and collection reports.
  • Manage customer accounts and update basic customer database.
  • Handle FB Page customer queries and page updates
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and emails
  • Communicate with team members and collect project data
  • According to the requirements of team members and customers to retrieve the file
  • Manage the flow of documents within the organization
  • Manage other tasks that requested by manager

Job Requirements
  • Familiar with basic computer operation and file processing.
  • Welcome Fresh Graduates to apply
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking Mandarin, English and basic Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, task organization, time management and problem solving skills.
  • Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
