Job Responsibility

• To verify customer payment entries in the system
• To handle data entry into system as assigned
• To prepare payment as assigned
• To assist with banking matters and ensuring payment advise is received by Suppliers
• To maintain office documents and files
• To follow up payment from customers
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in LCCI or relevant qualification
• At least 2 years working experience
• Familiar with accounting system and knowledge
• Knowledge of SQL Financial Accounting system will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, meticulous and positive attitude
