Job Description
Job Responsibility
Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with company protocols.
Provide high standard of customer care during treatment.
Effectively inform and educate guests about specific wellness concerns and up selling treatment with professional knowledge
Required to station as demo therapist for deck tours.
Prepare treatment rooms as well as assist in deck area preparation.
Proper care for tools & equipment with proper sanitization.
Assist in festival/ theme decorations set up as well as dismantlement.
Check stock for (S P A) use and daily usage items by monthly basis and provide stock requisition list to branch manager/ supervisor/ senior CS
Stock receiving, stock keeping and restock items accordingly
Support deck sales/ company events
Report any issues that require attention (include guest, treatment, stock, staff, housekeeping & maintenance issues) to branch manager/ supervisors
Job Requirements
Minimum completed Form 3 education
Preferably 1 year experience in conducting (S P A) treatment and massage
Preferably having certificate in massage and treatment
Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of the guests
Applicants with or without experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.(Training will be provided for non experience candidate that is keen to learn body treatment)
