Job ResponsibilityJob Scope:
o To attend customers/clients' enquiries and all matters related to ticketing issues, such as flight booking / reservation, hotel booking, travel insurance arrangement, visa application and etc.
o Sourcing of attractive airfare, formulation of corporate travel policies, constant updating of current airline airfares and conditions.
o Responsible in day-to-day administration work which are related to ticketing, such as issuance of ticket, payment requisitions, invoices, refunds, ADM, ACM and etc.
o Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
o Responsible to service all guest ticketing calls or emails in a timely & effective manner including servicing all ticketing and air add-ons & may include after-hours emergency calls
o You will be crucial in managing all ticketing administration, including queue management, schedule changes, cancellations, exchanges, re-issues, debit memos, & e-ticketing
